AMP parent consent form

Thank you for your interest in learning more about the Adolescent Media Project (AMP) study conducted by Wellesley College and Boston Children's Hospital.

We are currently recruiting students ages 12-18 from the Norwood School District to participate in a study about their smartphone use.

This study involves a brief Zoom training session to download an app to receive 2 minute surveys to explore their thoughts and feelings about their phone and media use. During the week that they choose to participate, our research team will only ping them during non-school hours.

Your child has the opportunity to receive up to $135 in gift card incentives as a thank you for their time.
